Philippe Wineron has been appointed as Deputy CEO - director for production of PJSC «Power Machines»

Philippe Wineron is now Deputy CEO - director for production of Power Machines. His tasks include: productivity improvement,  development of areas of operations in order to improve the effectiveness of interconnections of business processes, and reduction of operating by making use of the toolkit of Power Machines' business system and the world's best practices.

Previously, Philippe Wineron had a position as CEO of Konecranes, Russia.

Biographical Background

Philippe Wineron was born in 1964. In 1987, he graduated from the Institute of Chemical Sciences and Engineering (ISIC), Belgium with a degree in Electromechanics and the qualification of industrial engineer. In 1991, Philippe Wineron was awarded a Master's degree in Economics from the University of FUCAM, Belgium.

He has been working in Russia for more than 15 years. The first Russian project, launched in 1993, was the creation of a joint venture of Caterpillar and Kirov Plant in St. Petersburg.

In 1997–2003, Philippe worked as Director of the Assembly Shop at Caterpillar, Belgium. In 2003, he returned to Russia and was appointed the First Deputy at Caterpillar Tosno.

In 2007–2008, he was the First Deputy General Director for Operations at OMZ Mining Equipment and Technologies LLC.

In 2009, Philippe Wineron was invited to occupy the position of General Director at PJSC Zaporozhkran, the largest Konecranes plant in the CIS, which he managed until 2011.

In 2011, he headed JSC Konecranes in Russia, where he worked as General Director and was responsible for the sales of equipment and services in the CIS until his transition to Power Machines. In 2012, he received the Best Konecranes Country Award based on the results of the year.

Since April 12, 2017 Philippe Wineron has been working as Deputy CEO - director for production at Power Machines.

He is married and has 4 children. He is fond of sports, shooting and traveling, and keeps an active and healthy lifestyle.
