Krasny Kotelshchik Equipment Underwent Hydraulic Tests and Comprehensive Testing

Gas Turbine CHPP LLC Mayak-Energia (Mayak holding company, Penza) with an installed capacity of 15 MW, fitted out with two heat recovery steam generators made by the Krasny Kotelshchik Taganrog Boiler-Building Plant (TKZ), a member of the Power Machines company.

The installed units are low-pressure boilers, each with a capacity of 20 tons of steam per hour. These are the first heat recovery steam generators made at the TKZ. They produce saturated steam used in the process cycle of the company, which specializes in paper production.

The GTU-CHPP launch was preceded by hydraulic tests and comprehensive testing of Krasny Kotelshchik’s products.

Additionally, the Taganrog enterprise specialists obtained a certificate of conformity of the heat recovery steam generators to the requirements of the Customs Union’s Technical Regulations. The availability of this document confirms the equipment’s safety, and grants the right to its operation.
