Krasny Kotelshchik continues recruiting employees

Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik, a part of Power Machines, continues to expand its production personnel.

Recruitment of workers began in January 2016. In over a year, the plant has employed 236 new specialists. Today the production staff includes 942 people. Nevertheless, the number of open vacancies is still large. It is planned to hire about 100 new employees in the first half of 2017.

Expansion of the staff is due to the company's heavy workload. In 2017, the boiler manufacturers will focus on the implementation of projects such as the Long Phu-1 TPP (Vietnam), the Barh TPP (India), the Kudankulam NPP (India), the Sofia TPP (Bulgaria), the Belarusian NPP, the Mosenergo TPP-22, the Kursk NPP-2, and others.

Today, Krasny Kotelshchik is in need of argon arc welders, boiler-makers, and gas cutters. The plant accepts both skilled specialists and trainees, providing the latter with professional training in the workplace.

In 2016, Krasny Kotelshchik was one of the first Taganrog enterprises to increase wages of its staff. Owing to the indexation, the income of boiler-makers has grown by 6% in average since April,1

In addition to stable wages, the company provides its employees with decent social and living conditions. In 2016,  18 million roubles were allocated to improve working conditions of personnel. It is planned to disburse the same amount of funds in 2017.
